2007 Ocean (Laguna) TB-70 Bass

Post by rockinbass »

This is an Ocean TB-70 4-string, right-handed bass guitar. The finish is transparent black matte and has an "open-pore" look (small voids and pitts in the finish are normal). The body has some great flame which shows through the finish. It has a 3-band active EQ so there are endless tonal variations possible.

These were sold from 2007-2009 through Musician's Friend and Guitar Center and are based on the Cort A4. Here is the info from Musician's Friend:
http://www.musiciansfriend.com/bass/lag ... _rdir=1&nN...

Features:
Neck-thru construction
Figured soft maple body
Wenge/maple 5pc neck w/modern 'C' shape
Rosewood fingerboard, 15 3/4" Radius
24 large frets
Abalone dot inlays
Hipshot licensed tuners
Brass nut
Bartolini MK1-5/F & MK-1-5/R pickups
Controls: Bartolini MK-1 EQ / 1V, 1blend, 3-band, EQ on-off S/W
PT Platinum hardware, Knobs w/O-rings
Transparent Black Finish

Gig bag included.

There are a few small blemishes on the bass:
1. On the top side of the neck just above the nut.
2. Along the outer edge just past the forearm cut.
3. Slight belt rash on back of the body.
4. Next to the bridge pickup (finger wear from playing).
None of these affect the tone or playability. I can provide pics of any or all of these if requested.

PM me or reply if interested.
