Looking for practice space!

My band is looking for a new place to practice. We would prefer to be able to play here on the weekends as of everyone works night shift, and the place has to be secure so our shit doesn't disappear! If you have a place or know of one let me know, thanks a lot!

I have a place on a 5th story building. The elevator doesn't work, so you'll have to climb the stairs. There is no air conditioning up there, so it gets to about 223 degrees in the summer, but it does have working windows!

The staircase is narrow, so you would have to carry your gear sideways up the five flights of stairs. It's a pretty secure location and besides, the last person to try to steal gear from up there had a heart attack and still suffers severe lower back pain and incontinence.

You can't play too loud because the neighbors will complain. Drums are out unless they are digital. Any other acoustic instruments are great, though.

It'll only cost you $200 a month.
