I guess this trivia question was harder than I thought it would be; so, here is the answer.

Keyboardist, vocalist, and songwriter Jay Ferguson played in the bands Spirit and Jo Jo Gunne and has had a highly successful career as a solo act and movie and TV soundtrack composer.
