I liked that. Being a Transit Authority driver, I knew a lot of those people. Too bad about "The Unicorn Man". Of course he died about 2 weeks ago of a stroke. He rode my bus sometimes. A school teacher, coach, etc who aparently had a nervous breakdown when his mother passed away and "The Bag Lady", a math wizz with a doctor's degree to prove it. She used to hassel me over the half fare handicap fare which was 1/2 of $1.25 which isn't divisible by 2 and would only pay the extra penny every other time she rode. I think she also had a breakdown when a family member passed away.
Anyone remember "Elvis"? He was a Vietnam vet who would stand on the street corner about 20 years ago with a "boombox" blasting on his shoulder and smiling at everyone. Somebody rolled him and threw his body in the Stoneycreek. That was real nice.
