It's hard to imagine why someone with so much money would bother to take that risk. Why not have a tow truck take you and your car home?

We'll see what the details are soon enough, but I sense a tinge of happiness at Hines' misfortune from the post.

No,not happiness really...a DUI would suck for anyone. I agree with you as to why he would risk that when he obviously has the money to rent a limo or grab a taxi. Pretty stupid on his part.

It was pretty stupid on his part. This is only the first thing I seen him do that was stupid, so I will let it pass. He is allowed a simple mistake. Now if he would have killed someone, I would be saying something different. GO STEELERS!

Something else about that article is that it doesn't say how far over the limit he was. So this could be a cop trying to make a name for himself as well.

How far over the limit he was is irrelevant. If he's over the limit, it's against the law.

He could have only beer and been over the limit in the cops eyes. Especially when he saw who it was.

Yes - very stupid. His passenger was not drinking at all, and the police allowed him to drive the car from the stop.

They prolly had the bar staked out. Anyone in their more than 20 mins is "drunk" (under the law)

Nobody passes the field sobriety test. NO BODY. They ask you something like "do a pirouette on your left foot while reciting the alphabet starting in the middle to both ends. With your eyes closed. LOL no matter what you ain't passing!

My brother was pulled over once, and passed all of the tests. The cop let him go.

No, he took the breathilizer. It came up "0.0". I'm still not sure why we got pulled over.

You're right, lol. He had a DUI back in the 90's, he doesn't drink and drive anymore.

The limit is 0.08%.

0.8 would be death.

yeah, there are now two sides to the story. Which one do you believe? I will wait till the hearing.

I wonder if the Rooney's will do anything to him? I am thinking that they should.

He does not work for the Rooney's now, or when this happened, by their choice when they locked the players out. They cannot do anything to him.

That is a good point, Joe. I didn't think of that.
