Yamaha Attitude Limited 1 SOLD

Post by Sapo »

A great bass but lately I have been moving to Fenders. I've got too many instruments and this one has to go. This is the original model. Loaded with DiMarzio pickups, Hipshot tuners (and Xtender), scalloped fretboard, and stereo outputs. I have Schaller straplocks installed. I have a flight case molded to it if you are interested. Not sure of the pricing on that yet. If there is interest I'll fix a price. More pics available. I can always remove the stickers if they are not your thing!

Its on evil bay now!

I am DEFINITELY interested. I've been after one of these for a while. I was holding out for an Anniversary model, but beggars can't be choosers!

I won't be back to the central PA area for a few weeks, so if it sells before then, so be it. BUT when I get back to Altoona, how far are you willing to travel? I don't know if I can squeeze in a drive to Harrisburg & back when I'm in town. Or, I'd consider sending a Money Order if you're willing to ship.

Anyway, I'll let you know the moment I find out when I'm traveling back to Altoona.

Also, is there a noticeable difference in tone and sustain between this version, and the version w/ 2 neck screws in back and 2 in front? Do both versions have the aluminum heel block?

Lastly, let me know if you have any interest in an Andreas Shark 4 or 5 string w/ aluminum fretboards and Alembic guts?

Thanks!

That's one sweet bass, Todd. I got a kick out of the slap sticker. *lol*

I came up with that slap sticker idea after seeing one too many youtube videos of people inappropriately applying that technique. Haha. I'm sure it pisses a lot of people off!

Moondoggy - not interested in trades as I'm trying to cut down on my gear. I do travel to state college occasionally - will be there next week. I can also ship it.

I prefer the Attitude 1 over the 2 - the neck is a tiny bit beefier and to me feels a little more solid. I'd say the sustain is better with the 1 over the 2 but the differences are minor. Tone is about the same. The 1 has aluminum where the 2 has wood in the heel.

CRAP!

I see you removed the stickers. She looks good! If it doesn't sell on eBay, will you still take your original price? I'm still really interested.

Thanks

moondoggy.. you are married now and don't have time to play bass, but if you teach the wife how to play then you can buy many more.

Yes I did. What a pain in the butt that was! Note to self - no more stickers! Sure! Although the case cost me a couple hundred dollars so actually its still a good deal!
