Its got about 200 miles on it, majority of it were easy miles. Large size frame. Its in just about new shape still, well maintained. The brakes are great (in great shape too) but if you're used to cable brakes, its going to take a ride or two to get used to the full hydraulic setup. You'll never want to go back to cables. Standard pedals included, no special shoes required. Cateye speedo/odo included.

Droooooollllll!!!! My buddy just got a Flash 29er 3. I've yet to ride it, but it looks like a sick bike. I'd probably kill somebody to have the Flash Carbon! Kudos on good taste in bikes!
Also, how long did it take to adjust to riding on a Lefty? Have you taken any hard hitting trails that wanted to torque the bars out of your hands? I haven't really read up on them, but with the fork not being symmetrical, it seems like the bars would want to twist to the left if it took some hard impacts.

I worry more about the life of the bearings actually than any kind of stability issues. It rides no different to me than a regular fork, it just looks different. If I don't look at it, I can't tell the difference. The previous owner didn't have any problems with it, he got a higher spec cannondale that comes with a lefty too. If he had any issues I doubt he would go for a second round with one.
I thought the XTC was a pretty darn light bike (it actually is). The Flash feels just slightly heavier than a good road bike. Heck the steel rims and tires from my old Diamondback probably weigh as much as the entire new bike.
It does 'sound' different than a metal framed bike, almost like what I would expect a metal frame bike to sound like when its about the snap. No ringing/clanking type sounds when tiny rocks hit off it. That I'm still not used too. But I've only got a few hours on the Flash so far..
