A PA State Driving Question

Post by moxham123 »

Why is it that the PA state driving manuals are printed in English and Spanish but all the road and street signs in PA are in English only anyway? If somebody can't read the manuals in English to take a driving test, how can they read the street signs? The manuals are not printed in any other languages.

All Govt forms need to be available in Spanish as well

Why? Do you have a problem with denying Spanish speaking individuals access to govt forms? Are you like some kind of Nazi or something?....

If you answered "yes" to the last question we meet the third Thursday of the month at Riggles Gap rifle range... <wink>
