Songwriting Seminar at Saint Francis University

Singer/Songwriter Beth Stayley will present a songwriting seminar at Saint Francis University from August 2-5. Beth, a Johnstown native and accomplished musician, will present a variety of songwriting techniques, including:

Composing lyrics
Freewriting activites
Invention exercises
Polishing processes
Using a journal
Much more!

Musicians and non-musicians are welcome. Tuition for the four-day session is $ 75 (non-credit) or $278 (credit). For more information, contact the Saint Francis Office of Continuing Education at (814)472-3012.

Damn it, I was hoping that Metalrules was going to be the professor for this songwriting course. :(

We all wouldn't be able to afford those sessions. ;)

It figures cool stuff happens around here when you know you're going to be gone. Oh well, I'm sure they'll do it more often.
