Jazz Band? Bass?
Portrait of Tracy - Jaco Pastorious
Amazing Grace - Victor Wooten's arrangement
School Days - Stanley Clarke
Since it's Jazz band, they'll probably be more interested in your ability to read a chart and improvise bass lines rather than being able to rip off any particular song, note-for-note. Demonstrate that you understand harmonic theory and can keep a walking bass line moving. Check out Michael Dimin; he does a lot of cool arrangements of standards that utilize jazz harmonies and walking lines.

"He's the electric horseman, you better back off!" - old sKool making a reference to the culturally relevant 1979 film.

Some days you're the windshield, some days you're the bug.
Be sure to use a lot of jazz slang. For example, "That Cliff was one hep cat, daddy-o."
And do a lot of scat singing for bonus points. Google for "scat video"; that will be helpful.
Edit: Please DO NOT Google for "scat video". Of course, saying this will greatly increase the odds that you'll actually try it. Don't. Just dont.

I think he's a young kid so I'm obliged to say:
Don't Google "scat video", at least until college.
The rest of you, behave, ya mugs.----->JMS
Funny - but watch what you're teaching the younger chaps, eh?
You fargin' sneaky bastage....
You better call me a doctor - feelin' no pain!
And make sure to wear the requisite "I'm a cool jazz musician hepcat" floppy hat:

That hat got me a gig with the Buddy Rich Orchestra AND Weather Report. Um...my playing got me fired pretty quickly though...
But it's ALL about the hat!
