So, over the past 15/20 years has the music scene been any better in Altoona?

Seems there are quite a few going on around the area. The Wills Mountain started today and Rock and Blues Fest will be in Huntingdon soon. What do think of the line-ups and that artists/bands that are playing at these fest.? Also, I have a friend that would be interested in having a major music fest...

I think it would be great if there could be a merger between Altoona, Huntingdon, State College and Bedford musicians and artists in venues to play. Swap and trade type of deals could work. I know if would be a big effort on everyone's part, but it would take some work! As I said, just a thought!
