I am listening to Wilco's Sky Blue Sky, and despite the fact that I heard it got some bad reviews, I think it's a pretty sweet album. The only thing that would make it better is a jack and coke.

If any of you are interested in reading some of the poems I've been working on, a few are posted in my blog at http://www.myspace.com/bryankish

Check out "Shellfish," especially. That one made it into IUP's New Growth Arts Review for 2006.

My latest pet peeve has been those annoying spambots that somehow post crap on message boards, spewing random letters, symbols and other unintelligible gobbledygook. I usually have to remove one or two of these a week off of Q94's website message board (somehow they turn up on there even though you...

If we can't bicker and disagree, that would be unhealthy. I've been practicing moderation, I've only had one Double Jameson Since 6:00 and i May only have four more total, cuz these percocet are kickin my ass. If you take one single thing I say (or anyone for that matter) on the internet seriously ...

Hi all! Who wnats to eat like a caveman? Why? Cavement ate whatever they could get their grubby hands on at the moment. Roots, fruit, leaves, berries and meat, yes, meat. wild game. A "kill" was a big deal back then because it meant a lot of food in ONE place at one time! They could put t...

I do think that moderation in everything is the best tactic. You can't say that 'eating meat' is bad....that is so vague and not considering many variables. Heart Attack, you said.... Heart disease is #1 cause of premature death! News flash: You don't get *IT* from eating too many carrots and spina...

I think a better way to put it is, "Don't act like a self-centered dick," basically. Anyway, I think that most people have some kind of ego, and it's not always a bad thing within a band. For instance, if someone in the band is confident in themselves and has a charismatic personality, it ...

Right now, I have a weave of Bob Dylan's Modern Times and Led Zep's IV (with a couple songs by Broken Social Scene and Okkervil River to fill in the gaps) playing. Just in case you are confused as to what I mean by "weave," I mean that the play list basically goes DYLAN-ZEP-DYLAN-ZEP, etc.
