I remember all of those things, plus riding in your car to play on Monday nights at the County Line Inn in Mt. Union - quite a few nicknames are associated with those events.

Anyone know what union scale is now? It was $25 - $30/hr in the late 70's.

My defining moments occurred in December 14-17, 2000. I was invited by Joe Skyward (ex-Posies & old HS friend of mine) to travel to Seattle and play for benefit show consisting of old Yes songs. Joe was able to arrange for Alan White to play drums: http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc289/imperi...

For those of you who were players in the mid-70's, you may recall this popular bass effect pedal...the Super Bass-o-matic 76!!!... It had pure tone and was superior at sca...

I seem to remember experiencing some of the woes shared here...however, it doesn't really get to me any more. Maybe it has something to do with my rather significant weight gain in the past few years and the all too frequent bouts of unbridled flatulence and phlegm onstage that prevent me from havin...

When I was in Junior high school, I played the Bass violin but told my parents I wanted to get an electric bass. My mom got this one at an auction. Image
