We all know about Huey Lewis and the news and Ray Parker having a court battle over Ray Parker's song "Ghostbuster"? Huey Lewis claimed that Parker stole the melody from them. Well, they were both accused of lifting parts from another song.
Can you tell me what it was they lifted, and what song they lifted it from? _________________ ------ >> VH << ----

Not quite sure on this but I believe that it has something to do with the saxaphone solo in both songs...other than that...I have no freakin clue _________________ Having talent is one thing....what you do with it is something else |

| I think the song was "I Want a New Drug", and were sued over the bass lines. |

If I remember right, the song was Pop Muzik. And it is very similar.
You want another one? Compare Jefferson Starship's "Jane" and Aldo Nova's "Fantasy". |

I think the composer of A Space Odyssey's soundtrack stole Ric Flair's theme song. _________________ "Death has come to your little town." |

It was Pop Muzik. Good job. You get a can of beans ..
The lines from Jane have been lifted by a couple of people - Aldo Nova and Ac/Dc being two of them .. _________________ ------ >> VH << ---- |
