The Conniptions are celebrating our 10th Anniversary this week.

It's hard to believe it's been 10 years since we started the band. We have played many gigs and made many friends.

We would like to thank all our fellow musicians, fans, and friends for supporting The Conniptions and helping us last for 10 years and counting.

That's great, as you know its not always easy to keep the same people together with life's changes and ups and downs. Hope you guys have many more !!!!!!!
