RIP Mike Burda ?

Was just told as I left work today by a close friend of Mike Burda's that he passed away this morning, supposedly from a heart attack at 30 yrs. of age. Can anyone confirm?

Yea its true im the bassist in his band he was going to be 31 next week

on behalf of myself and everyone with sunset strip, we send our thoughts and prayers out for mike, his family, friends, and the guys from without warning. he always liked coming out to see the strip. and he always had a good time.

I'm shocked and saddened as well, especially passing at that age. My heartfelt condolences to Mike's family, friends, current and past bandmates.

It's been a rough week for losing members of this area's music community. First Jill Churner, then Dave Whipple, and now Mike Burda.

+5. We may not know a lot of the bands in the area, but our prayers are with Mike's family and bandmates in Without Warning. When someone in the music community losses some, whether we know them or not, there is always an outpouring of love from everyone.

Condolences from the Hawks. It's a tough thing to deal with. We went through it last year. Band mates become family and even though it gets easier with time you never forget. Prayers to the " Family ".
