Quitting my day job and becoming the next big thing. Well, it might happen if I keep eating donuts and crap and become a shut in....but I doubt it.

Proactice for at least an hour a day.
Last year it was practice for at least 30 minutes a day. This actaully lasted until about mid august! However, you can't accomplish a whole lot in 30 minutes.

Get my honkytonk band going as a side project.

Play more harmonica... I've not touched it for more than a song in nearly a year, and not at all in 3 months.

Must play with rock & blues bands more. No matter how rural you are, sometimes you have to rock out.----->JMS

1. start working out again (i've been slacking for an entire year...i feel like a slug)

2. learn to play the guitar (i've been told it's cooler if a chick can sing AND play something too...and that tambourines don't count.)

3. become more "responsible" with my finances.

4. build a time machine so i can travel back to my younger days and slap some sense into my early 20-something self, join a band before the age of 30, and truly appreciate the total lack of responsibility i once enjoyed.

Do we (gulp) resemble something? Maybe we should be proud. We are a symbol. Actually when I first started shaving, I kept a "back of the head" mohawk with a tail. Girls would always ask or argue that it was real and want to feel it to see for themselves.

That was wehere I cut my teeth as a musician and where I spent most of ny earky tewwnties. Shit man, I'm bummed out now just wishin it was stil around.
