That's a great idea!!!!

I know of at least one RP member that does silk-screening. (I don't want to mention his name, because he may feel obligated then) But RP shirts would kick ass. Plus they would help buffer some of the cost of the site.

Maybe ya can talk to him, could we send orders directly to him maybe , have a deadline then he can print 'em all up.

I would suggest the logo and then maybe "www.rockpage.net" so people will understand what's goin on. Would you guys prefer big logo on the back and small on the front ? just the back? just the front?

Maybe we should get an OK from Ron also, is he still alive? Haven't heard from him in awhile.

I don't think gibson will mind the free Les Paul advertisement

Ron had mentioned to me that he did do up Rockpage shirts, but they were brown and he didn't think they looked too good. They're in storage at his abode in State College.

I recently brought up the idea with him about doing up Rockpage shirts. Perhaps after he gets back from Germany, we might be able to get the ball rolling on some new Rockpage shirts.

we want t shirts too

Post by getclosertothemusic »

I am so very excited about Rockpage t-shirts, we just recently had t shirts done for our organization and they were awesome. They were done by Pro Active Sportswear, I would recommend them to anyone. If you call, ask for Greg and tell them Ed and Cathy at Get Closer To The Music sent you, he will give you a good deal and quality work too. Suggestion????? Make them Black :D Ask about a sponsor spot on the sleeve of the shirt. Hope to hear about the shirts and have one or two or three. Let us know.

The Word "ROCKPAGE" on fire with the guitar is the logo I believe.

That would look kick ass centered on the front of a black shirt.

I'd wear one! T-shirt, long sleve shirt, hoodie. Those are the ways to go, and spaghetti strap shirts for the ladies. Oh Yeah!

what about those iron on kind that you can just print on with your printer, ive seen people use those and half them last quite a long time even with regular washings, just make sure you iron it on really well.

I think you can even buy the paper at like circuit city or wallmart or local stores like that

A friend of mine ordered some stuff from cafe press before Christmas last year and still hasn't received anything yet on it. Good idea, but after seeing what he went through, I wouldn't even bother with them.

I've heard that the quality of the Cafe Press stuff isn't too great, & they only do light-colord shirts.

Ron and I were talking about it at the Underground shows at Aldo's this past weekend, and we definitely want to get some Rockpage shirts done. Ron should have more info on it shortly.

Don't forget thongs for the ladies too. (or the guys if they're into that!)

Yes, yes....t-shirts.

I'd take two XXL!

A black t-shirt with a large logo on the front with "What Would MetalRules Do?" on the back in white letters!!!

Seriously though, I'd pick up some shirts.
